Programs for Every Age
Flow Academy is one of the few martial arts schools in Riverside that truly serves every generation. Our programs span from age 3 (Little Ninjas) through adults of all ages, including specialized programs like Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson's and Active Fit 55+ for seniors.
This means a family of four could all be training at the same facility — the 4-year-old in Little Ninjas, the 8-year-old in Kids BJJ, mom in the adult program, and grandpa in Rock Steady Boxing. It's not just a gym; it's a family activity center.

Training Together
There's something special about a family that shares a physical practice. Parents who train alongside their children model the values they want to teach — discipline, perseverance, humility, and respect. Kids see their parents struggle with new techniques and keep trying, which normalizes the learning process.
Many of our families make training a weekly tradition. Tuesday nights are 'family night' where parents and kids are all on the mat at the same time (in their respective classes). After class, families often stay to watch each other's progress and celebrate achievements together.
